"Ruines" is the indirect follow-up to the music video "Ruines d’un monde meilleur", sprouting from the collaboration between mc/rapper Felix J, composer Mr.Connard and Yannick Jacquet (Legoman). Though "Ruines" uses elements of the previous version (long tracking shots, sequence of landscapes)  it distances itself by using a much more realistic treatment of the images, as well as by adding a human element as principal subject of the clip, resulting in an even darker and dystopian ambience than before. Felix J impersonates the main character balancing at the edge of a breakdown, reciting parts of a strange dialogue between  two anonymous outsiders.
